For those aiming to feel lighter here is an herbal tea that will help you thanks to its depurative benefits. If you are rather expecting to loose some weight, this herbal tea will definitely be an excellent ally for good results when accompanied of frequent exercise together with a healthy, balanced and low-calorie diet.

Ingredients :

  • 15 g cherry stem : well known for it draining benefits.
  • 15 g medowsweet : anti-inflammatory.
  • 15 g rosemary : depurative.
  • 15 g blackcurrant (leaves) : prevents fluid retention.
  • 15 g green tea : facilitates lipids and kidney water elimination metabolism.
  • 15 g dandelion : draining.

* 15 g = 1 soup spoonful

How to prepare :

1.  Mix all the herbs together.

2.  Pour 4 spoonful of the mixture in 1 litre of cold water.

3.  Bring to a boil for 2 minutes and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.

4.  Filter.

Drink the infusion all day long (except during meals) for 3 weeks, make 1 week break and start again if necessary.
