Detoxifying herbal tea

Holidays were finished some time ago. It was a period to unwind, to let go, to indulge yourself and was maybe rather sedentary… Back to routine made us realize that we did not fit in our clothes, that we maybe gained a few kilos ??? and we can hardly handle the rhythm of routine. Autumn is approaching and it is the right moment for a body cleanse. Here is a cleansing with an herbal tea that will help you feel lighter, erase the least desirable holiday effects, such as overweight and fatigue, and detoxify the body in order to prepare for the new season.

Ingredients :

  • 1 soup spoonful Dandelion : choleretic, cholagogue, hypoglycemic, diuretic.
  • 1 soup spoonful Pansy : diuretic, stimulate the elimination in general and elimination through the skin and sweat.
  • 1 soup spoonful Rosemary : protect liver and stimulate digestion.
  • 1 soup spoonful d’Aubier du tilleul : profound draining of the whole body and facilitates the elimination of waste that body could not eliminate by itself, fights again liquid retention and cellulite, evacuates the bile and help digestion.
  • 1 tea spoonful lemon juice : stimulate liver functioning and gallbladder.

How to prepare :

1.  Mix all the herbs together.

2.  Pour 4 spoonful of the mixture in 1 litre of cold water.

3.  Bring to a boil for 2 minutes and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.

4.  Filter.

* Drink the infusion all day long (except during meals) for 3 weeks in autumn and spring.
